Poor InstructionsOnce I got it put together I loved it. However the instructions are incomplete and not explained very well. There is a QR code to watch the video. But the video says you can only watch it 5 times but I wasn’t able to watch it even once. Then I couldn’t locate a brand, UPC code or anything to find a website or YouTube video. But the twins, Nana and Papa all love it once we got it put together.

Sturdy but Ripped partsIt was so hard to assemble and took way longer than expected. Also some seems and areas that come together are pulling apart. I would love to get some sort of reimbursement. I can not contact anyone as there is no information so I would love to speak to anyone that can help. I do not want to return for a new one or refund as it took so long to build I could t stand to do it again.

Very big but flimsyVery nice playpen. It’s huge! Only issue I had was that the sides are very flimsy. They bend very easily. I ended up replacing all the sides with PVC pipe and now it’s great

Good but…We got this all set up but right as we finished assembling, we zipped the doors shut and the zipper popped right off. We figured we could get it back on easily but as noticed that the teeth of the zipper were all mangled. Aside from that, it’s great but what a downer that it came defected

Mesh had holes within weeksOverall was pretty happy with this, but within less than a month there are holes in the mesh sides. Not sure what caused them. My son walks around the edges so there may have been some pushing on the mesh, but not any sharp objects so disappointing that it got worn out holes so quickly.
