not perfect but excellent seviceI do not know about other clients, but my experience was almost flawless. I ordered from this item from Walmart only because both amazon and Target where I normally buy did not have this color now. Surprisingly, while these two other vendors offered me to wait for at least 2 weeks, Walmart delivered the car seat in the following 48 hours.
However, even though the base was new and usable, it came a little damage (honestly, due to the shipping company).
This was an emergency need so I started using the car seat right away. but the same night I went online and chatted for less then 10 min with a SARAH (don’t know if it was a human or a machine) but in the next 15 min, an replacement order was sent to my email, for a brand new car seat to come withing 48 hours. It came in 72 hours, I only took the new base, and sent the new car seat back with the damaged base.
end of story for me.

Awesome seatBought this car seat along with the double stroller when we found out we were pregnant with our second. Baby girl was born 5weeks old and 5 pounds and this seat was perfect for her size when using the insert for a smaller babies. At 9 months old now she still fits in it perfectly. It fit securely in the stroller and’s could use it in either seat which was helpful in giving the older child a C house in his seat.

Great starter seatsBought two of these car seats for my expected twins stroller. They are very good car seats just seem a little smaller than other car seats. Also, it’s padded well so I’m sure the boys will be good and comfy.

Cute and Comfortable!I love that the cushioning on the seat is soft and not rough like some others. The color is very nice and I know it will hold up well and that is why I chose Baby Trend.

car seatThe car seat looks nice but I was very disappointed with the delivery. it came and they put it on the porch and it got rained on and rained on and they didn’t know it was out there. I’m worried that the car seat might be wet.

Too smallGood for a small baby but gets tight when baby hits 15lbs. It is really hard to buckle and super snug. I couldn’t loosen the straps anymore and I felt like I was hurting my baby when trying to buckle him because of how short the straps are (even pulled out as far as they go.)
