Worth the buy!Had problems with original set sent to me. One of the cameras constantly lost signal unless RIGHT next to the monitor. I contacted customer service and they completely and happily solved the issue for me and sent new equipment. Product has worked perfectly since. I love all the features making it easier to keep eyes on my 4 yr old and infant baby.

Ordered 2!My fault, I accidently ordered 2 as a baby shower gift. I contacted customer service right way but was told I had to wait to call until delivery was made. Duplicate was returned already but I’m still waiting for my refund.

Buy name brandIn use 8 days and one camera is already not connecting to the parent unit. Likely won’t ve provided an opportunity to return because I bought this in April while I was still pregnant, but delivered my baby August 27. Not pleased with this product already having issues when it was just opened.

If you’re looking for something to work for a year it’s good. If not try another brandI loved babysense while it worked. Around 10 months I started having issues with it. I contacted customer service they helped fix the issue. At month 13 the camera started doing the exact same thing. The “fix” they gave me before did not work. After 12 months it’s out of warranty and they won’t help you at all. So for me, the product was good for a year, and doesn’t work at all now. I would consider buying another product if you want to use it longer. It’s too much money to not work for at least a couple years.

Camera lost sync, battery no longer charges.I bought this in Jan 2022. It is now July 2022 and one camera lost sync and won’t sync again and the battery will no longer charge. I filed for the warranty and still have no response back from the company. Very disappointed that I spent this much on this monitor for the 2 cameras and it has lasted me just over half of a year. I would recommend another product.

do not buy. overpriced junkHave had for a month. One camera won’t function. No wide angle view, will pan side to side, but won’t go down far enough to see the whole room. Temp sensor very inaccurate. Just out of the return window and its useless to monitor our toddler in one room and our newborn in another.

Do Not Buy This Camera! The Customer Service is AtrociousThis company will not stand behind its products, so if it breaks, it’s on you. I have had this camera for 6 months and at first one camera stopped working and just played audio and now the other camera has gone black. I reached out to both this retailer on Amazon where I purchased it and the company itself and both are refusing to support or replace. This Amazon retailer won’t support you after 30 days, which is absurd. Most people buy these cameras before their babies even come, so in some instances, you won’t have even tried it out and you already can’t return it.
The company, Babysense, was even more frustrating. They also refuse to stand behind their own product and told me to buy it again with 15% off. Their website has 20% off, so frankly, it’s such an insult. Why would they expect you to purchase from them again when they won’t support you?
Customer service aside, it’s also worth noting that the night vision is atrocious. It feels like the iPhone4. Our last camera was light years ahead of this one. You can also only hear audio from one camera/one kid, so if you have kids in different rooms, you actually have to choose which one you want to hear.
Definitely give this a pass and support a company who will actually support you back.

Don’t purchase.Received broken parent monitor. Screen doesn’t even turn on – right out the box. When contacting babysense was told another would be sent to me. it’s going on two weeks and it still has yet to be shipped when i last followed up. I’ve now had to purchase ANOTHER camera to be able to see/hear my baby in her room. DOUBLE the cost. I recommend just going with a different camera in the first place.
