Impressive!Wow is all I can say for this cleaner. I was having a bit of doubts that it could take stains and dog stains off. So I followed directions on how to properly spray and vaccum the carpet & area rug. Man, the cleaner impressed me so much that I don’t care if the liquid is a bit pricey but totally WORTH it! It left the carpet and rug smelling nice instead of the foul smell of dog urinal. My senior dog would have accidents so the cleaner is a PERFECT situation to use!

Cleaning pretty wellThis is a big bigger than I expected. But not so difficult to move around with these big wheels. To assemble it was not too difficult. But I had to watch pictures to understand where are all the pieces have to go. So far I like how it works. And o like that besides carpets you can also clean fabric too. The water waste backet May be could be a bit bigger but any way I like it after all.

Cleans really well!I was very excited when the Bissell Proheat Pet Turbo cleaner finally arrived. The instructions were very easy to follow and within a few minutes I was cleaning. We have a 5 year old off white sectional that is just about impossible to keep clean with 3 kids and 3 dogs in our home. I was literally amazed at the dirt that this machine was pulling off of the cushions. The water was extremely dirty. I honestly never thought our couch would look this good again. After successfully cleaning our sectional, I followed by doing all of our carpets. This cleaner was able to remove stains that had been there for months. One of the best compliments I’ve received was hearing that no one would ever know I have pets because my house always smell was good! Great quality cleaner that definitely gets the job done!

Absolutely great vacuumGone are the days of manually scrubbing our dirty kitchen mats with a scrub brush, whew, checked that off the honey do list.
I got this vacuum because I have mats and area rugs that gets spills and dirt on them and my regular vacuum does not do a great job at cleaning deep or getting out encrusted stains. I also like the fact that this not only vacuums but it also washes with heated water to lift those dirt particles. Plus it also has the spot cleaner hose and brushes which comes in handy for cleaning my fabric lined living room sofa set which hasn’t received a nice deep cleaning in quite some time. I also intend to use the spot cleaner on my patio chairs seat cushions to get out those stubborn stains. This is an absolute time saver. Mind you it’s a large vacuum but it is very easy to maneuver. The cord is very long so you don’t have to worry about having to unplug/plug in every couple feet. I wish I had this vacuum in my life way earlier :o)

Husband’s new favorite cleaner – it’s amazingAfter cleaning the carpets in under an hour, husband declared, “this is my new favorite carpet cleaner! So easy to use!!! My back doesn’t hurt from bending over and scrubbing on my knees (we have a smaller carpet cleaner that you carry around), and the solution it comes with is amazing!” Wow! This carpet cleaner works!!!
We have a 19-year-old cat who, during the night, can leave us with surprises all over the carpet. The latest, had red coloring in it from her food. I tried cleaning with a spray bottle cleaner and scrubbing, but we could still see the coloring on the cream carpet. After husband cleaned, there is NO stains left!! It’s a fabulous cleaner – better than the ones we have rented from pet stores. If you live with a pet, this is the best gift to give yourself!
Weighs 22 pounds, which I thought was heavier to carry up the stairs, but then our dog weighs 22 pounds – it’s all relative. Brushed work great scrubbing in rotation. The hot water – there is a side of the tank for clean water and then a bladder side for the dirty water. Pic shows where the water goes and how the cleaner itself looks after cleaning incredibly dirty carpets. This machine is amazing!
Hand tools/ brushes and cleaner come with it. There are 3 modes for power. The machine mixes the cleaner for you and you set the setting for heavy traffic, or normal traffic, or just a water rinse.
This would make an incredibly thoughtful gift for any time of the year!

Best carpet cleaner I’ve ever used!This thing is amazing! I’ve owned a few carpet cleaners since I moved out on my own 18 years ago and this truly is the best one I’ve ever used! The carpet comes amazingly clean and it’s very easy to use. The attachments are awesome and make cleaning in tight spaces or along the edge of walls a breeze. I have an elderly dog and also two cats. I have two young children too. I deal with lots of messes! This has yet to disappoint. I put it to the real test recently though. We are in the process of selling our house so we can build our dream home. The land we own has a mobile home on it that we will live in until we build. The mobile home is almost entirely carpet. It hasn’t been lived in in over four years so there have been bugs and other critters through there a lot. We obviously want it very clean to live in so I took this carpet cleaner over there to clean the carpets. I was completely amazed at how clean the carpets got and I feel perfectly safe letting my kids and pets be on the floor there now! The carpets seriously look new and smell so fresh! I highly recommend this and I don’t have a negative thing to say about it. It’s really a great machine!

Love the hose, everything is easy to useI really like this cleaner. The hose makes it super easy to clean things like rugs/pillows. It is very easy to use. Definitely works better than my previous cleaner.

Rids odor. Gets dirt out. Not hot as expected.It works great! Really picked up the dust dirt and fur that my furry loved ones left behind. The only issue might’ve been that the water did not come out hot as expected so it’s taking quite a while for my carpet to dry. Maybe I was supposed to use hot water. I wouldn’t know this is my first carpet cleaning vaccum. Other than that if the blame was on me then this deserves 5 stars hands down. Really got rid of the furry odor. Brush works great just like the vaccum itself. Came perfectly packaged no parts missing.

Not for dogs who shedsI’m not sure if my Pacific one is broken or if it’s a poor quality but it will not pick up any hair or any fibers and it drags. I specifically got this unit because it mentions it’s best for pet owner however, I’m not quite sure if that’s correct may be OK if you have small kids and a cure stains often, but not for pet owners in my case. Because although I did vacuum before the cleaning process hair still tend sticks to the carpet, so the remaining hair deep in the carpet with just rolls up. so it seems to remove stains but the brush will not move. It took me literally five hours to clean a small room. I think a 10 x 12 only because I had to cut silly pick up small hair. Going back going forward going back going forward there was hair to be picked up. in the pictures, you will see a trashcan full of hair. That’s how much accumulated in five hours with me having to pick up a little at a time Will have to do a return on this item.
