Good delivery and ProductQuick delivery in good condition. My only minor objection is that the way Blackstone packs the griddle, the legs are screwed into place and the finish is removed leaving bare metal when lengthening out the legs. Hope it doesn’t rust, but I may take measures to coat the area with something to prevent that.

Perfect sized Griddle for small patio and travelI really had my eyes on this griddle from the beginning. When I stumbled across it at Walmart, I was ready to get it. Then I found out it was on sale and it was tax free weekend for me. It was the perfect storm! The griddle is very easy to put together, I just had to unfold the legs of the stand, put the burner on top of that, then put the griddle top on top of the burner. The only assembly was 2 screws for the hood’s handles. Took me no more than 10 minutes. Seasoning was easy for me, as I just used whatever cooking oil I had on hand. I did it for about an hour, and likely around 10 layers. The edges would not blacken, but I think I did okay. Its pretty non-stick the several times I’ve used it. I like that the this thing gets really HOT, so be careful with timing on the food until you get used to it. I do find the right burner seems to go hotter than the left, but only slightly. I’d recommend a heat radar. My only issue with this grill is that the left side of the hood catches against the left rail of the griddle. However, the hood is pretty flimsy and easily sways left and right with minimal effort, so I just shift a little to the left when closing it. Overall, this griddle fits my needs for something that doesn’t take up too much space, while retaining portability for travel. In the pictures, I did not have the side table attached.

Love my BlackstoneI had high hopes as Blackstone has a nice reputation. I had inadvertently ordered this gas unit. I returned it to the store and got the electric unit. This product exceeded my expectations. The non-stick surface is ridiculously non-stick with a slant to the back toward the grease trap. My sausage patties were sliding toward the opening! Color me a fan and we will be getting a second one for our vacation home.

Great buy.Love this griddle. Was originally looking at the 17″ but thought that would be a little small. Plus the added stand and lid are a great bonus. They are pretty expensive if bought separate. Unpacked, assembled, seasoned griddle, and was cooking fajitas in little over a hour. Griddle does get very hot, so great for searing meat. Clean up is relatively simple. Breaks down and fits in my RV storage compartment perfectly.

Bought for camping and I feel that this will work!Easy to assemble and cooks well. However, it’s hard to ignite the burners. Once they’re lit, it heats up and cooks well. The rear grease drain works well and is better than a front drain in my opinion. I like the lid as this helps hold the heat in and makes cooking quick and easy. Cleaning wasn’t too bad either (scrape, wipe and apply some cooking oil to maintain cast iron).

Backyard funI was skeptical I was wanting one because of her good things about cooking with a griddle. There were horror stories how the merchandise was beat up during shipping. Mine was shipped by FedEx, the box was in good shape there was no damage to the griddle. Easy to put together. Easy to season The griddle. I enjoyed cooking on it and clean up was a breeze.

Great grittle for home or RVI bought this griddle to take camping in our RV. It is heavy but it breaks down into 3 sections so it’s not hard to move. I had mine delivered to my home and it suffered some sheet metal damage in the body and hood from being dropped but I was able to disassemble it and straighten out the dent metal. I bought a quick connect lp adapter and hose for my RV but it doesn’t have enough pressure to get hot like it is supposed to so I use a regular tank and the hose that is provided with the griddle and it gets really hot with the 2 burners. Seasoning the griddle was easy, watch the videos on YouTube and you won’t have any problems. I have made several meals since getting this and they have all turned out great. Overall I am pleased with my purchase but I don’t recommend having it shipped. Just pick it up at the store to avoid shipping damage.

Great Griddle and StandGriddle works great as expected, good heat distribution.
Stand folds up nicely and the adjustable legs will be handy on uneven surfaces to keep your griddle level. I also like that it has the hood.
I was going to use it for my RV, but may keep it for home and get the 17 inch for camping, and use this stand, which works for both 17 and 22 inch Griddles, with the 17 inch.

Truckers for BlackstoneWe ordered this 22″ Blackstone griddle with stand and hood for our friends that are truck drivers. They love the griddle but it is heavier than we thought. I guess I should have looked at the weight first. Maybe we should have bought them the 17″. Either way, they love it and have already cooked bacon, eggs and pancakes on it in a truckstop parking lot.

Arrived DamagedHaven’t had a chance to use this yet, but it came damaged. There are scratch marks on the side of the griddle due to the lid rubbing when you open and close it. The corners of the burner have holes in them that you put the top part of the griddle into and the back right is bent. You’re supposed to be able to place the top into that and slide it back to lock into place, due to it being bent it won’t stay in place. There is also a slight scratch and dent in the griddle top. A little disappointed that it arrived damaged, especially due to the quality you expect when you hear about Blackstone. Hoping the scratch/dent won’t affect things sticking to the grill after seasoning.
