So far I Love this grill. I would like to see it have a lid one for each side. I was able to order a lid for the griddle side and with some ingenuity made it work.

Buyer bewareThis was the second Blackstone Duo grill that I purchased from Walmart The first one was Damaged so I returned it , The second one that I ordered had some damage but I decided I could straighten it out which I Did ,I am not blaming Walmart,I believe Blackstone has a problem with packaging reinforcement to withstand the shipping from overseas

half way building this item noticed a lot of dents on one side and several brackets bent. Contacted walmart.com and was offered a very small discount. If I wanted to return I would have to take apart and take back to store and they are out of stock so who knows when I could get replaced. I expected more and disappointed that it was so damaged. I hope we are able to repair enough for use.

BUYER BEWARE…THEY WILL SEND YOU A USED GRILL!!I was sent a used grill…there is grease residue on the griddle the wheels are used and the griddle has spots not to mention the packaging was horrible!! I will be returning this grill and getting my money back!!

Arrived damaged.Arrived yesterday and the box was all damaged. I was so hoping that the grill would be protected but it has a large dent in the side. I haven’t put it together yet so I’m not sure it the dent will affect the way the parts fit. I don’t want them to be unlevel. Just disappointing because we are not able to return.

Love this grill but my big issue is they sent me a used grill which i wasnt informed about there was stuff already put together and under the grill where you connect the leg is bent 🙁 we are currently putting this together hopefully it at least works. I would recommend this item but of course not if they sent it to you damaged i just seen another part bent 🙁 so is this why it was on sale but it did say holiday sale not refurbished or used
