BUYER BEWARE!!If you are considering purchasing anything from this seller STOP and READ FIRST! (They deserve 0 stars, however, this is not an option in order to submit a review.) At first glance at the reviews this appears to be a decent product, however, after my own horrible experience I am not convinced that any of these good reviews are truth. After reading further it would seem I am not alone. The product I received was made of extremely thin, weak metal. The welds across the bottom on 2 sides had completely broken loose rendering the kennel unsafe and unsable for any pet. In addition to the thin wiring the plastic tray that rests in the bottom was super thin and did not seem thick enough for even a dog half the size that this claims to be for. I contacted the seller and was asked to provide pictures in order for them to assess and be able to offer a “satisfactory solution.” I obliged and sent the requested pictures of the defect. It was then suggested this was done in transit, although the box arrived perfectly intact. I was then offered a $10 refund on this $100 item! Their claim was that “their” shipping costs were just too high. Needless to say this insulting offer was not accepted. I continued to go back and forth with them until it was clear no “satisfactory” resolution was coming and finally gave up and contacted Walmart customer service. They immediately took action and were super helpful in making this right. Its a shame they have to cover for these 3rd party disgraces. I sincerely hope that Walmart drops this seller as they are not representative of the mostly positive experiences that I have had with Walmart.com. I am not someone who typically writes negative reviews, however, I hope this one can help save others from having the same experience that I did with this seller. I have included screenshots of a few of their messages. I find it odd that they sign their emails “Walmart Customer Service Team” considering they are 3rd party. I wouldn’t want anyone associating them with my company. Shameful! Steer clear and choose a different seller with some integrity!

Upset customerI could not get the kennel door to match up with the slide to close it when opening, or closing the kennel. Also the other smaller door on the end doesn’t even fit on right. the bottom of the door is sticking out. all I can figure is that it must have been damaged on the truck and I didn’t notice it.
