Exactly What I Wanted/NeededI do all of the “odd jobs” around the house, which include fixing the cases of other implements or parts that have broken from years of use (or abuse), carpentry, making custom containers of all sorts as necessary, plumbing, electrical fixes, etc. I also do some purely creative work. I had a much older model rechargeable Dremel and was so thrilled when it finally died (I’m one of those uber practical people). I love the corded model (everything I buy now is corded – the battery models just aren’t worth the trade-off for power and readiness). I also like all of the accessories available now. It’s also very steady in the hand and quiet (comparatively. The tips are easy to change, too, even for an old lady!! 🙂

Best “Does It All” Household ToolCompact & Powerful – the Dremel does it all; sanding, etching, polishing, etc. I’ve even used it to get the old dirt out of the window tracks. You will love this!

Loving itLove the product and it arrived in time. But there’s a difference in the price here and the banco statement. Here appears 123.30$ and on my bank statement it appears that it cost 170 I would like to know why there’s such difference in price.

Dremel 4000-6/50 High Performance Rotary Tool KitI bought this set for my husband for one of his Christmas gifts, this Dremel kit has everything you need and very easy to use rather on metal to wood, great hobby and can make almost anything you set your mind to, I would have paid 300.00 for it now knowing how much he loves it!

My daily grindI’ve been using my Dremel almost daily in my sharpening business. Despite really hard use my variable speed Dremel is a workhorse and has never failed to deliver pinpoint control and versatility. I gave my daughter a new 4000 series kit and she loves it! Best tool in my shed!I have a little wood art business and I was looking for something that would allow me to get more detail into my pieces. I watched some videos with dremel’s being used and got super excited. While I’m still waiting for summer to come around before hitting the arts and crafts shows, I’m really anxious to see what potential clients think. I’m also using it to clean up some rough edges from my CNC work!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

A Beast In Sheep’s ClothingI have to say, this model Dremel is one durable, powerful beast of a tool. I’ve had my current 4000 for almost ten years. I was just looking for a smaller model Dremel for my son and thought; ‘I should really tell people how great this is while I’m online’.
Over the past decade I’ve used it for literally tens of thousands of chores and projects, yet it still runs like it did the first day. The thing I like about this model the most (after durability) is it’s light and compact enough to use for a long time

Have your cake and eat it tooI purchased the 4000 series not long after it hit the shelves. Since that time I have probably put 5,000hrs on it. Using it from tiny detail work to bigger projects then it was intended for, but with that said not only did it tackle and conquer anything and everything I threw at it without missing a beat. In all that time all I’ve had to do was replace the Brushes. I’ve had rotarty tools that cost 5 times as much that can’t even stand close to this beast of a tool. It’s more an artpeice then a tool. There are literally hundreds of amazing attchments burrs bits sanding cutting anything and everything can be accomplished with this tool. Thank you Dremel Team your tools rock!! Great Kit[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let’s you try a myriad of attachments. I even used it to file my dog’s nails until I bought Drexel’s PawControl which is quieter. I’ve owned this for a few years and have never had a functionality issue.
