Great grill, good priceSo far I loved this grill! This is my first grill with adjustable height charcoal. It makes cooking vegetables and steaks so easy and I find we are using much less charcoal.
With the 4 wheels it is easy to move and the ash tray is simple to pull and dump. It also was pretty simple to put together.

Good price, good looking and good way to cook.At this time I have just put the grill together. It did take some time; however it went together with perfectly. All holes lined up and we didn’t miss a bolt. It’s a very good buy for the money and do not have any doubts it will be easy to cook on and last a long time. Really like the fact you can grill on each side of the grill with a different heat by lifting the level of the charcoal.

JunkI had to ship both grills I received. The first one was dented on the top, one of the welded nut broke off and the warming rack was unusable. The second one had a big gap in the back where the hood and base did not meet up. Save yourself the trouble and pass this one by

Decent. Need quality control. It is a good product. It may take you 1 to 2 hours to assemble. Mine came with a few quality control problems I could fix myself even though this is not what you expect from a brand new product (see pictures). Considering the features, size and look the pricing is about right. I would recommend to a friend with some disclosures 😉

DisappointedOrdered to have grill for 4th of July. Arrived on time, Easy to assemble., Grill damaged. Too late to send back. If it was not so close to the holiday would return. Very disappointed.

Beware paint chips off the bottomThis is a beautiful grill with a problem underneath. Put it together with ease, basked in all its beautiful glory once placed on its rightful cement pad waiting to be lit up. Grilled once and all the paint melted off the bottom. Literally black paint chips everywhere. The bottom now looks like someone intentionally took an open flame to the paint. Very disappointed, as I am hoping it does not rust straight through. Again this is only cooking once on this grill. See images attached.

Item damaged when receivedI would of put this item as a five star but I received a damaged top. The top has a huge dent and is not round as pictured. I tried to ask for a replacement but my only option is a full refund and it is such a hassle to return a 120lb grill back.

Love the look of the grill… But it came b\dent on the top so i had to send it back . They couldnt replace it and only wanted to give me a 10 percent discount..

No customer serviceI spent 2 hours to complete the installation, (I am a certified BMW technician and have been repairing BMW, Mercedes-Benz and other European cars for about 20 years)and finally found that the thread of one of the lifting rocker arms was damaged.Try emailing and calling vendors,No reply, no one pays attention to me.
In the photo, there are two handles, one of which can be shaken and entered, the other of which is stuck because the thread is damaged

i purchased this grill on the thought that it would be a good one. i have not liked it yet. i have cooked two seperate things. the first was steak. the temp stayed at 500 plus and could not be regulated no matter what i did. the second cook was ribs. same thing. 500 plus temp. i like to cook low and slow. i even used less charcoal. smoke comes from everywhere. the guage. the lid. every where. im going to try and seal it up and see what happens. but so far. not impressed at all.
