Great for Summer BBQsFantastic grill!! I was so excited when this grill arrived. The Expert 6 Burner Propane Gas Grill is perfect for my summer BBQs . The Expert Grill was quick to assemble and the direction were very easy to follow. It took me about a hour to put it together. Once assembled it measured 54.92 × 25.20 × 46.65 inches. I really like the 6 stainless steel burners. It heats up quick and makes cooking faster. I also love the large cooking area of 696 square inches. This makes it so convenient for family gatherings to cook more food all at once. My first food I grilled was hamburgers. They were easy to cook and turned out delicious. Overall very nice looking grill. Great quality. I highly recommend.

Great for any occasionI’ve never owned a grill before and was so excited to try this out! First of all the quality is great, it’s a very sturdy grill. It’s big! The box says it can grill up to 29 burgers at once and I believe it! I haven’t tried that many though. Definitely recommend, I love the red!

Best budget 6 burner gas grillSo I been looking for a grill where I can cook everything I want without burning the food so also a grill that allows to have different temperatures zones for versatility and smooth cooking so coming from a portable gas grill I know size do matter and this is when I believe bigger is better, this 6 burner has plenty of space and very important very good control of the heat, so with plenty of space and very good control of the heat can’t ask for more, I was able to reach 600 degrees with easy and then lower to finish the cooking of my chicken and my chicken didn’t burn like will with my small grill because it is uncontrollable hot so this one is a winner over anything I have tried in the past, I researched about bbq grill for a good time and some people complaining about the burner didn’t start I believe it’s a user mistake and not the grill because they need to bleed out the air in line before the gas can reach the burner after doing this the grill go on with no trouble at all, maybe expert grill should if not give this tip to customers that are not experts so with 6 burner and lots of space this grill is all you need for any grilling needs so moving on to others details I can’t tell how long it will last but it comes with good warranty if something happens to fail and it doesn’t last 20 years like people commenting about some grills I tell you something It be nice if it lasts forever but I don’t know that yet but if doesn’t last 20 years it’s ok with me because I rather prefer to have a new grill every couple years so I can enjoy a new grill again in the future and the price point of this one it’s perfect with my point of view in mind, maybe if you looking to buy you last grill in you life you will pick something else but for me this is a winner and I will recommend anyone.

Expert 6 Burners Gas grillThis is a great lightweight grill. It comes in a box, so assembly required. The unit that I received had 4 legs, which are hollow. Inside of the legs had what appeared to be rust, so I treated all areas with CLP, and let it stay in all of the rusted areas for about 2 days. Since the legs will be in contact with the ground and exposed to the eelements I wanted to try to prevent any additional rusting.
Once you start to assemble, please wear gloves, as there are many sharp edges, grill is made of steel and aluminum.
The directions are drawings that shows you what to connect and order of assembly. There are two wheels on the right side, front and back. The propane tank goes on the right side and sits over the wheels on a support bracket.
Once assembled, the grill is sturdy and moves easily.
Just a heads up. I put loctite on all screws to keep them from backing out.

An Excellent Grill and Fantastic Customer ServiceI bought this grill for an upcoming family reunion and was blown away by its quality, ease of assembly, and affordability. My brother and I set it up in under 30 minutes and have been using it nonstop since. If you are looking for a high-quality, affordable grill, stop looking because you found it.

Good large gas grillI really like this grill. Assembly took a while and was a bit confusing at times, but nothing overwhelming. I used it for the first time to cook my mom dinner for Mother’s Day and it turned out great. I cooked salmon, corn, chicken breasts, chicken wings and bratwurst and it all turned out great. I really like being able to adjust different areas of the grill to cook at different temperatures. Allows for cooking different meats at the same time. I recommend it.

Great for the moneyI love the looks of this grill. It is exactly what I wanted. It would have gotten 5 stars except that it is damaged with dents and scraches. It had to have been damaged and packaged that way at the factory because the box was not damaged. Also, assembly is a nightmare. It took several hours and much patience to complete. Directions are all but non existent since there are only pictures. It is a beautiful grill and a great since of accomplishment once it is all together.

Decent quality/price, missing partsMy initial impressions are that this grill could be packaged a bit better. Some of the parts were stuffed into boxes a bit too small for the part, causing them to bust through the sides of the box, which could have potentially damaged the part.
Depending on your assembly skills, this grill can be easy or a chore. I found it somewhere in between. The instructions could be better and should provide better details in my opinion. I personally don’t like instructions that only show drawings, as the photos are hard to see exactly what you are trying to do. These need written instructions as well as drawn pictures. Also, not all of the parts are marked with a number sticker as well, making this more of a pain than it needs to be. Mine came initially missing two of the metal rod/wire connectors that hold the propane tank in place, which took a while to get replaced (3 to 6 weeks delivery time), so make sure you check the parts list and check them off to make sure you have everything, which was made harder since the parts were not stickered with a number. In addition, the assembly manual parts list is number differently than the parts list in the instruction manual. It would be helpful if they matched at least
My other grill is a high-end Ducane that is 15 years old. It has held up well over the years and only needed a couple ignitors and the burners replaced within the last year. I keep it covered and it has not rusted at all, so this budget level Expert Grill has tough competition in comparison to what I have used for years.
In some respects, this grill which is around 300 bucks cannot compete with my older more expensive Ducane. The quality of the metal components and parts and differences in features are obvious. That is not to say that this Grill Expert is a bad grill. To my surprise, it has a nice look and finish and is, admittedly, better quality than I expected in this price range. There are compromises though and the parts are lighter weight and lesser quality that more expensive grill options, but the grill is decent quality considering the price.
The grill has removable grates and a warming shelf. The grill is a decent size with individually controlled burners that ignite well and easily. The plastic knobs do feel a bit cheap though.
The grill warms quickly and can get quite hot with its 9k x 6 BTUS (54K). My biggest concern with this grill is how well these critical parts, i.e., the ignitors, burners and knobs will hold up over time. This, to me, is the biggest issue over time, how well this grill will hold up versus a higher quality one. I always cover my grill, as rust is an enemy, but the quality of the internal components is what keeps a grill going and is what concerns me most about this grill as I am not sure how durable the ignitors will be.
The thermostat seems fairly accurate and looks nearly identical to most grills.
I like the side shelves on each side, but I do wish the grill included a side burner. It also lacks a rotisserie, which I don’t expect in this price range, but if grilling a while chicken is something you do, a rotisserie on a grill makes life much easier and you might want to look for a higher end grill.
It is fairly easy to clean or at least comparable to most grills, although the iron grates will be a bit more work. I do like the grease pan design that makes it easy to get out the grease and clean up without too much fuss.
I do think the plastic wheels are flimsy and are one of those quality compromises at this price range. I, also, do not particularly like the open propane design. I would have preferred an enclosed cabinet for storing the tank and protecting the gas line, something this grill lacks.
The 5-year burner warranty is a nice touch in this price range. The 2-year on other parts is good, but I do expect the ignitors will be the most likely component to fail after two years.
Being made with lighter weight components, this does make this more mobile than my heavier Ducane or other high-end grills.
Pros:
Good size
Accurate temperature gauge,
Side shelves
Nice accent color
Six Self igniting burners (9K BTU’s each)
Cast iron cooking grates, easy to clean, sturdy
Heat warm shelf
Stainless burners
Good 5-year warranty on burners
2 years on other parts
Sliding grease catch shelf for easier cleanout
Easy access grease tray
Reasonably priced for a budget starter grill
Heats and cooks well
Large cooking space
Cons:
Needs to be packaged better (mine initially missing parts)
Instructions could be better with written details instead of just drawings
Will not match quality of a high-end grill
No Side burner
No rotisserie
Iron cooking grates can be a bit sticky with food
Some compromises with light weight, cheaper quality components
Handles feel a bit flimsy
Lacks a tank cabinet
Some concerns with durability of internal components
Wheels a bit flimsy
To my surprise, it is a decent quality grill for the price. Keep in mind though this is more of a budget level grill and there are compromises in design, components and their durability as well as lacking some high-end features.
