Cats like room to roam.We have two cats. We have a room dedicated to them for there full use. We saw the Go Pet Club Condo House online at various stores. Hayneedle had the best price and free shipping. We ordered it and it was delivered very quickly. It is a heavy tree that comes in two boxes. It was easy to unpack. The instructions are clear and the item considering it’s size is not hard to put together. All tools are provided. The cats started using it right away. It has plenty of room for each to have its own place to hangout. The quality of the item is easy to see. It is well made.

Exceptionally sturdyWe always buy our cat trees from Hayneedle so when we needed to replace two older ones, I knew where to shop. This tree is huge! But I always try to get the biggest one within reason. You can’t find a better deal anywhere for the price. It came in two boxes and we were all impressed that this one was even more sturdy and of better quality than previous ones. The cats were all over it as we were building it. Success!!

Quality ProductThis is a very sturdy and well made. Lots of hiding places and the instructions were not bad, as for the ladder and swing your kinda on your own for assembly, but it’s not hard. (I hope my older cats start to like it as much as I do.)

Fabulous Hotel CaTiforniaThis condo is fabulous! It’s very sturdy and my three older cats love it! It takes a while to put together because it is big, but is very easy to assemble. The top two condos are a little smaller than the other three, so my bigger cats stick out, but they still like it. We call it “Hotel CaTifornia” because it offers different sleeping areas. cats love itthe cats went crazy for this. destroyed the little toy mice in few minutes. the swing was not secure so we left it off. it is not padded, but the fabric is like fake fur and the cats kept rolling all over it. the entire tower is light for it’s size, and when you have several large cats jumping on/off, it looks like it may topple . I am going to cut 2 large pieces of board wood, and attach to bottom for added weight. However, the cats give it a 99% thumbs up!!

Would buy again, sturdy and very tall tree.This is a great tree! It’s massive, and my cats immediately took too it. Assembly was fairly straightforward, though you can put the base together incorrectly. Be aware that the label should be at the “”front”” of the tree. My wife did almost all of the assembly by herself in a couple of hours. The materials used are not easy for cats to claw into, and are a little slippery. My old tree was very grippy and they could use it as a scratching post. This one is a bit slick and they don’t have as much traction, but they still love it! It’s fairly stable for being so large, just make sure to tighten the joints as much as possible. We put it together without the ladder or swinging platform, so that there’s more room for the cats to navigate it. Would buy again. It’s a great tree if you’re looking for something tall and don’t have elderly or overweight cats. I would give it five stars if they had used better material with more grip.

I really like the variety of “perches”Like others have mentioned, the holes for the ladder don’t match up, so I had to leave that part off entirely. Otherwise, the unit is nice, and already has held the attention of the cats. The only con is I’d like for the base “caves” to be held on a little better since the rest of the parts rest on those and it is so tall.
