A great value!The product was easily assembled and is proving to be very stable despite it’s overall height. With it’s multiple levels it’s a very nice attraction for any feline fancier!

This product is Awesome!I purchased this product for my little girl cat, Stella Blue. She took to it before I could get all the parts out of the box. This is an amazing cat tree/condo and it’s well worth the money. I scoured the internet and this was the buy of the century. It is well built, easy to put together (I did it myself in an hour) and I’m most likely going to purchase another one for the second floor of my home. After all, Stella is worth everything. I’m adding Hayneedle.com in my favorites.

This is the best of the best on the market for any priceLoe this cat tree, it is very well built;, my husband put it together in a flash, saying that the instructions were clear and easy. My cats love it, it is sturdy and doesn’t wiggle…has every feature a spoiled cat needs, toys, ladder to groom nails, little house, big house and in my case, 2 level platforms for 2 competing cats…the winner takes all on the 3rd platform on top. It is easy to clean and very good quality. GREAT VALUE!

Reaching New Heights…DifficultI ordered this product as a post Christmas present for my 4 cats using gift cards I received from Wal-Mart. It was handy that the manufacturer allowed $0 shipping since site to store was not available. A+
The shipping was standard and it took a week to arrive, which was average and expected. B
Upon receiving the item and attempting to put it together, the instructions were somewhat confusing until I took all my pieces, sorted them out, and put them in piles. It was sometimes hard to decide which post to use, and I even had to disassemble part of the condo to fix my mistake, but aside from that it was very easy to attach the pieces together. B-
Finally, the finished product looked great and lots of fun. The cats love the mice up on top. One cat loves laying in the net which was surprising. The only problem for my cats is getting from the lower platforms to the upper platform where the big house with the logo sits. This would be no problem for kittens, but for cats it is a bit difficult. I have to put my cats on the platform if I want them to access that area. A-
All in all, it is a fun product for cats and I am glad I bought it. There are a few setbacks to keep in mind, however, when considering. Still, if you do decide to purchase this kitty condo, there are good parts that I’m sure your cats will enjoy.

Huge with good variety of perches.Small hole, large hole, perches, hangy things, LOTS of scratching posts. I love all these things. Some cautions, however: (1)If your cat chews, he or she will chew the elastic suspended mice pretty quick. My big cat did that the second day. I plan to resuspend them with thicker 1/2″” elastic to see how that works. The mice rattle and the cats love to play with them. (2) If you have a fat or older cat, there might be an issue with getting on and off of the 3rd level with the big house and window as the only exit from that level is into the soft basket or directly onto the floor. My biggest cat can do it but an older cat would definitely have trouble. (3)The front section with the round house is not that stable. Since this is against the wall, I plan to try to stabilize it with small rope. Other than that, this is a great play house and a good deal. Older or fat cats can just stay on the bottom sections while others go crazy. My smallest cat even climbs up the back! Easy to assemble with clear instructions.

Unstable – I had to brace the small condoI think it is important to know what you are getting here. The price is the best feature of this unit. What you are getting for that price is:
* Cardboard tubes wrapped in rope provide the supports for this structure. My cats LOVE being able to scratch at any level.
* The platforms and the condos are covered in faux fur fabric – not carpet. I do not know how long that will last.
* The small platform was unstable for any of my 3 cats which range from 7 to 14 pounds. I had to add wood planks from the platform on the right to the top of the small condo to add the stability needed.
* The added planks were also useful in providing a platform from which to jump to the large condo area.
* I expect the dangling toys will not last long so I thought it was a non-issue since they can be purchased easily and are very inexpensive.
* I had to add cushion inside the condo as the fabric that covers the pressed wood is very thin.
Overall, it is not a bad unit. I just believe I will have to do some work on it in the future (adding carpet where fabric may fail).
