Pro sellers have a heart and a conscience.arrived in undamaged box with all the parts. Easy assembly. Well worth the price. Comfortable. Leather. Good Looking and firm and I weigh 260. This is a pro rated seller and this is why. You get what is advertised in mint condition. I spent an hour reading up on fifty other chairs sold through walmart and all had scary negative reviews about missing parts, missing instructions, screws and holes not lining up, getting items that were used when purchasing new, and not being able to contact seller or get a refund or replacement. Why put yourself in that situation? There are pro sellers who earned their ranking through quality, customer service and caring. I am satisfied. Good luck to you.

Okay chair for the priceThe chair is good and only because my seat goes down as if I was sitting on the edge of it. Then there really isn’t support for my behind after sitting for 2 hours on a conference call could use more cushion. The back part is amazing so I guess that’s okay.

You get what you pay for. Heavy set, Stay awaySo at the time that I bought this I was wanting a simple office chair that had some support and would be more comfortable/usable than the dining room chair that I had previously, but I was limited on what I was willing to pay. This did and still does provide that. Having said that I knew the low cost would come with drawbacks. The arm supports tend to be annoying as I like to rest my legs a bit more open at my own home and the supports press right into one leg or the other. Secondly the middle column supporting the main portion of the chair can easily be felt now through the seats padding making it a bit more uncomfortable. Last but not least is the fact that any time I try to lean back in the chair it feels like it will tip right over or break. All in all if you are a heavy set person like me (200 pounds) and want comfort that will last then this might not be for you. If you are on the lighter side then it might be fine. Do I regret this purchase? No. Will I ever buy this one again? Also no.

Decent for the price.This is a good office chair, fairly comfortable, from experience it’ll last a year and a half maybe two years, and then you get another one. With daily use, don’t expect much more is that, with the right expectations it’s a solid chair.

cheap made product.I loved the chair at first. Very comfortable and it let me relax with ease for the first 2 months. After that, the chair broke and couldn’t be fixed. Very cheap made and I would not recommend this product to anyone working in an office that has to sit for long periods of time. The chair won’t last you two months.

Terrible chairThis was a horrible chair! The highering and lowering device broke within the first few days and felt cheap. The locking mechanism comes out very easily and your chair will fall backwards. The sides of the chair started to frail and looks horrible.
