Satisfied customer!I bought a kennel in store that didn’t contain a divider. After reading continuous reviews of Midwest kennels, I decided to return the more expensive kennel which didn’t contain a divider to purchase a better kennel that contained a free divider for less money!

The best everThis is the easiest ever to set up! It’s the heaviest gauge we have ever seen and couldn’t be easier to use! Sophie loves it!

Great productWe purchased this cage and it’s exactly what we were looking for! It’s extremely sturdy. It’s also large enough to accommodate our pit bull and English bulldog very comfortably. They can each turn around and stand while in together. This cage came with a divider but we don’t use it although it’s a very nice feature. We received it in about 3 days with free shipping and purchased it for about half the price of our local pet store. Very happy!

Does the JobSo far the crate works well. I left it open a few days, then began putting treats in it. When I finally put her in it she did fine. She had never been in a crate before and she’s a 8 months old Doberman Shepherd. Now she goes right in when I ask or sometime when she’s ready for bed. The plan is to wait out puppyhood and save our shoes. I would recommend to anyone.

Great KennalWe have had no issues with this kennel. We have a 75 pound husky/shepherd and she has plenty of room to lay and a bit more room to grow. I love how sturdy it is too.

Percfect SizeI sent this create as a gift to Las Vegas for my son’s 40lbs. French Bulldog…..lots room for little “Buddy to relax in. Adding a doggie pillow was even more comfort!! 1negative the pull out tray was cracked upon arrival. Overall happy with purchase.

Broken TrayWhen we first purchased the extra large dog crate, it was sent to the wrong address. The company eventually sent us the second dog crate but by now it has been almost one month. When we received the second dog crate, the tray was cracked on the corner, possibly dropped during shipping, but we didn’t see it until it was assembled. They did offer us a refund through Walmart.com. But there are a couple problems with that. It is an extra large dog crate and it took some effort assembling; we have to find another box for it to fit in; and we desperately need the dog crate. Now we will just have to live with the broken tray.

Don’t waste your moneyThe plastic tray had a chip in it upon arrival. No matter because my dog ripped the tray to pieces anyway. He also was able to pull the wire under the door in about 2 inches and push the door out, enough to get most of his snout through, in only an hour. This crate is poorly made, very flimsy. I only used it 3 times and cannot trust it again.

Do Not Buy!!!This product arrived broken. The plastic pan that goes underneath was shattered and had two sharp holes. When I expressed my concern over this issue, the safety of my dog was not an issue for them. If the product can be damaged so easily, I don’t feel safe leaving my dog alone. This company does not care about the pets it houses.
