For trips to the wilderness with a large group, you’ll be comfortable in the Ozark Trail Hazel Creek 12-Person Cabin Tent. With a traditional all steel cabin design and gable entrance, you can take advantage of its two closets with hanging organizers, plus corner organizers, mesh pockets, and even a tablet pocket for your organizational needs. Two room dividers turn it into a three-room safe-haven, while one divider is made with silver coated fabric and works as a movie screen. You’ll have light with the two strings of LED lights hanging inside the tent, while an E-port gives you power for your tech goods, and the mud mat keeps your boots and pack off the muddy ground. Amazing PurchaseSetting it up was so easy, everything is color coded in the ends of the poles. The tent is massive on the inside, and we just went through a thunderstorm and almost as if it didn’t happen. I love it!

The set up diagrams and instructions are vague. Overall, spent the last 4 nights in oklahoma spring storms. Tent performed wonderfully. 40mph winds and hours of intense rain.

l bought this cabin tent to move onto some land that I bought too , it was perfect to stay in until I could clear the brush and get my property ready to move a mobile home in on . one of the best tents I’ve ever bought . thank you Wal-Mart !!! for making my life better .

First experience campingThe tent held up very good during a rain storm. We were able to put a queen and full air mattress, cot and five sleeping bags in the tent.

Pros and ConsPROS –
– Very spacious tent
– Lots of room and storage space
– Free 98″ Wide Screen projector Screen
– 6 different Storage Fabric shelves
– Room divider for privacy vs family trips
– Everything is color coded for easy set up
– Very Sturdy
– Stand without hitting top
– Love the windows, no more bending down to open them
– Comes with lights to hang inside
– Very Breathable in warm temps
– Has cord outlet slot for power
CONS –
– 40 to 60 Minutes to set up
– Near Impossible to do Rain cover byself
– Not water proof. Will need to buy solution for it and treat it
– No flood fabric protection if rain/water gets under tent. We bought blue tarps for inside tent seperatley to prevent leakage in our stuff
– Instructions are said very simple and not enough details. USE PRODUCT ONLINE PICTURES OR CUSTOMER REVIEW PICS TO HELP ASSEMBLY
– Closet pipes are a pain to set up
– Tent was suppose to be rated for 4 seasons but fabric is thin which in reality is only for a 2 season camping (spring/summer)
OVERALL REVIEW:
– Had set it up 2x byself and it took me 45 minutes each time. I have set up a lot of tents in my lifetime and for someone who has never set up a tent, I do recommend 2 more people to help you.
– It is very larg and spacious and big enough to sleep 12 people side by side but comfortably, I would only recommend 2 adults and 6 children or 4 Adults and 3 Children. Having 12 people would limit walking space.
– I did waterproof it and it took a full day to do it. I used “Brite Waterproofing” by the gallon and sprayed it on and then whiped excess with a dry cloth. the waterproofing protected the tent very well against moisture and condensation.
– It is extremely heavy to lift byself. Est. 75 Lbs – 100lbs. but the nice thing is it has wheels to roll around on.
– I recommend this tent for the extreme camper (5 days – 2 weeks camper) and not for the weekend camper. By the time you get this set up and settled in, your weekend will be over.
– The lighting inside is very nice and convenient. they are not timers but button push on and off.
I give this a 3.7 star rating for overall size and comfortability. It misses out on the 5 star or perfect 4 star due to the unprotection that you have to add and that the fact is that there is no special fabric for flooding. For the price it is, it offers a lot and overall happy with Purchase.
Thank you Walmart.

Held Up, Sort OfIncorrect assembly instructions; held up well in strong winds and a lot of rain. Tore a little at a couple of pressure points. Nice and spacious. Can’t find replacement parts. Need a red pole—it didn’t make it through the storms.

Great tent poor instructions.Love the tent once we got it set up but the serious lack of clear directions was ridiculous. We had to use the photos of it without a cover to figure out the roof poles. Make sure you tie it down securely or you will have a giant kite.

Not a good productDid not handle lots of rain here in Montana! We had tarps covering the tent as well and the poles could not handle rain! Not worth the purchase. Request refund or stronger poles
