Big and tall chair.Great chair. Arrived in time(actually a day early), was easy to assemble and is very comfortable and sturdy. The only thing I found wrong was in the instructions for mounting the arms. The sticker for the front of the arms was actually attached to the back of the arms. It was very noticeable so did not present a problem. Very please with it.

I usually need a lot of trying out before bying due to a back problem, but this was a perfect fit. adjust well for my needs, rollers are strong and smooth, and the chair feels like a much higher grade product. Very comfortable chair.I tried several office chairs and found this to be the most comfortable with the best combination of seat padding and back support. I am six feet tall so the Big and Tall appealed to me, but my wife is a relatively shorter person and she finds the chair just as comfortable.

Definitely not a big and tall chair.Definitely not a big and tall chair. It’s actually smaller than the normal size chair I’m replacing. It’s a bit uncomfortable to sit in, the back/lumbar does not adjust at all. And after only a few weeks, I’m seeing it start to sink forward and to the left already. I regret my purchase. On the plus side, Walmart delivery was quick and easy.

Aching back and creaking soundNot a good chair for tall person. No lumber support. Creaking noise all the time. I has Serta futon before and now this chair. I have lost hope in Serta brand for anything now.
