Title: new chair for at home workMy old chair recently broke and I was in the market for a new chair when I found this nice office chair. My room isn’t super big but it fits very nicely and the setup wasn’t that hard at all. It also arrived in good shape and I’ve been enjoying sitting on it for the past few days. The adjustability definitely surprised me compared to my old chairs and I would definitely recommend this.

Good quality, good support, smooth wheelsPretty sturdy chair, you know it from its weight. I like the rubber wheels compared to my other Hyken from Staples which has plastic wheels that would leave marks on my hardwood floor. It moves smoothly and the back has a pretty good support that is adjustable.
Two slight complaints:
1, the installation manual didn’t draw the use of washer, so because of my carelessness, I missed those in the first time. Also, in the text it used the word “shim” instead of washer
2, the cylinder is simply pushed into the opening of the base and is not screwed together or what. I suppose it is an intended design but be careful not to drop the base when you lift it up if you were only grabbing the seat.

Great chair with higher quality materialThe chair is very easy to assemble thanks to the high quality material to use. Every hole for the screws are well aligned and matched. Wheels are smooth and headrest is easy to adjust and good for tall size person. It feels very comfortable and sturdy when sitting on the cushion.

an amazing erg office chairafter reading reviews and comparing with other chairs, decided to buy this one. This is a really great chair. I’m impressed by the details when I open the box. It not only came with screws and a tool, but even had a pair of white gloves for the installation. the chair is finished very well for all the details (see the wheel’s photo). very simple to assemble, just take about 20 minutes. The seat support is firm. Easy to adjust, smooth moving. Back and Head support are adjustable and fit very well.

Great and solid office chair for WFH peopleThis is a GREAT office chair that I have been looking for, which I found it’s awesome to have especially if you are working from home. This chair is solid and built with high quality material that you can easily tell. There are multiple ways to adjust where I like the most is the back support. plus the arm support is easy and do its job very well. The wheels run smoothly and so easy to move around. There is full room to ajust the head, neck support which I belive is the best part of the chair. Love it so far

Great chair with ergonomicsI was looking for a good ergonomic chair for my home office. My previous chair gave me real bad back pain and my posture was messed up to. After searching for a while, my wife this chair for me and it is amazing. Everything from putting it together to using it, is a breeze. It took about 20-25 mins to put it together and its very easy. It comes with everything you need, even the tools. I love the adjustable neck support. My back has been feeling great. Highly recommend if you are looking to ease the back pain and improve posture.

Sturdy and good for more than 6h sittingThe chair was super easy to assemble. It takes around 15 mins to put everything together. It came with gloves for protecting your hands. Very thoughtful! There was a small pillow on the back for lumbar support. The back is net like material. The seat is much more solid than I expected. The entire chair is quite heavy. Overall, this is a sturdy chair. I used it for more than 6 h working time.

Easy to assembleI purchased this for my husband ao he could work comfortably from home in his office. It is very comfortable and he loves the adjustable neck rest and lumbar support at the lower back. It was very easy to assemble. I did it by myself in about 20 minutes. It has very easy to follow instructions (one page). I recommend using the gloves included because the screws have grease on them for easy assembly. It has a tool in the package so nothing else is required. The shipping was also very fast.

Broken Part / Damaged Item –The overall quality of chair is good. But…
The item box was damaged when arrived. It was a tear on the outside of the box and one part was visible from the outside. When I opened the box, the handle that adjust the seat height was broken and damaged.
Now, I have to de-assemble and return the whole items and wait another one week or so before Christmas to get a new office chair.
The time cost for such an item is really expensive and I expected easier way for an exchange or return.
