good unit poor quilty workers building itlots of bad ratings on this unit. have had no problems at all. very cold water. easy cleanup easy loading and is quite.
they don’t check unit before shipping i had to tighten bolts and adjust piping because it would have made noise when running.

Not the Quality expectedI ordered this because of Whirlpool name, expecting quality. After installing the unit per instructions it worked fine for one day and then quit.
I requested a replacement. When I went to open the replacement it was soaked on the bottom from refrigerant oil. The compressor was no attached to the base.
The product seemed to be well packaged so I suspect bad quality product.
Two failures and I’m done with this product.

It was immediately returnedThe dispenser was split open at the bottom seam and could not be closed. Also, the condenser was not fastened and floated inside the grill. It was immediately retuned

DO NOT BUYthis does not have hot water when it clearly days hot and cold water. it only has room temp. button and cold water button. Sucks for being a whipool
